GW at Mount Vernon. All of his visitors from the previous day left, except for Rector Walter Magowan. Richard Adams came in the evening and stayed the night.
GW was sent a letter from Edward Snickers, a Va. ferry operator and ordinary owner. In the letter, Snickers discussed a misunderstanding with GW’s miller, who had thought the wheat sent to him had been from Ralph Wormley, Sr. when it was actually from Snickers.
