GW’s Quaker business acquaintance William Milnor left GW’s home. GW went hunting with his stepson John Parke Custis, and while they saw a fox, they did not kill anything. Va.

GW at Mount Vernon. He again rode out “to see the Sick”--presumably among his slaves--and also went fox hunting. His hunt found nothing.

GW at Mount Vernon. He found a fox while hunting but did not kill it.  Doctor William Rumney again visited the Sick--most likely slaves--and returned for dinner.
